Spent new year's eve at a hotel that had a lot to offer. Enjoyed the clean and comfortable room with plenty of amenities included. Loved the fact that pyjamas were provided so that we could feel right at home. The location is great, as it is close to everything and makes it easy to get around. The breakfast was very delicious with an excellent variety of options, and the staff were polite and friendly.

The hotel was not prepared for the holiday rush, and it showed. The onsen was packed, making it difficult to relax and enjoy.

I had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was excellent - everything seemed to be sparkling clean and in order. The staff were friendly and polite, going out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable experience. The amenities included in the room, particularly the pajamas, were a great touch and made me feel like my comfort was a top priority.

Can't think of anything. my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly and polite, making us feel very welcome. the room was great value for money and included everything we needed, including a cozy pair of pyjamas and other amenities. the location was conveniently located, with everything we needed nearby, and the bathroom was very modern and well-maintained.

The onsen and breakfast area tended to get very crowded during peak times, which meant that wait times were sometimes longer than we would have liked. Despite this minor issue, we still had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to other budget travelers.

The hotel I stayed at during Easter was a great pick! The staff members were very kind and welcoming. Also, everything in the room was very clean and the amenities provided were pleasant. Additionally, the location was very convenient and easy to access.

There were some aspects that could have been improved upon. During peak hours, such as breakfast and onsen time, it was quite crowded and we had to wait around to be seated or use the facilities. It was a bit disappointing to deal with these inconveniences during our stay.
